My family didn't get the Penney's catalog. We received the Sears and Roebuck only as there was a catalog store in our town. But had we gotten the Penney's catalog, I would have been begging mom for one of those sweaters.
And who could blame you!! We got both the Sears and Penneys catalogs, but not SPiegel, Wards, or Aldens. Sears had those catalog stores in every small town in America. I remember them well!
