K Club Special, Part 43 - Kay Campbell, Part 6!!

Well dear readers, it's time once again for our yearly specials of the K Club (1) "Big Four" of the 70s Big Book catalogs.  That would be Kay Campbell, Karen Bruun, Coleen Corby, and, of course, Kathy Loghry.

So starting off we focus, once again, on "The Queen of the Catalogs" Kay Campbell...
So why not start off with Kay in Sears circa 1971?!?

And in Penneys, of course!!

Yep, Kay would show up everywhere including here in Beeline catalog!

Wow it's Kay times seven for total Kay overload!!

"Scarfing?!?!" All I know is it's Kay times six here!!

Kay in Aldens.  Never heard of Mister Marty.  I gues sthat was one that didn't catch on.

Typical Kay pic from JCPenney's in the mid 70s.

This pic and the one below came from some crochet mag. (courtesy of Retrospace.)

Early 70s Bellas Hess catalog - Kay with Cay for a Kay Cay two yer!!

Another Kay Cay combo from Seventeen.  You gotta love the hat and box purse!!

 Late 60s Penney's!!

Prom time!!  And the ladies wore gloves back then.  Man, have we come a long way baby since then - a long way down into the gutter that is (sorry, I had to add a little commentary there.)

Okay, okay, back to the pics.

Kay was known to get the some of teh toughest items to sell.  Items like......
This.  Whatever it was.  Even Kay doesn't have her normal beaming smile with this outfit.  All I can say is "That's no way to treat a queen!!"
